Application of PID control algorithm based on genetic algorithm and BP neural network to temperature control during dieless drawing

摘要: 將遺傳算法與BP神經網絡結合,提出了一種利用遺傳算法優化BP神經網絡權值的智能PID控制算法,改善了系統的動態性能.通過實驗采集數據,擬合出無模拉拔感應加熱溫度控制系統的數學模型.采用本文提出的方法進行了仿真實驗,結果表明該算法具有較強的快速性和魯棒性.Abstract: In combination of genetic algorithm with BP network, a new intelligent PID control algorithm was designed using genetic algorithm to optimize the parameters of BP neural network, which improve the dynamic performance of a temperature control system. The temperature control system model of a dieless drawing system was fitted with collected experimental data. Simulation results show that the proposed model has a better rapidity and robustness.
