Coagulation characteristics of fine particles generated from steelmaking

摘要: 為尋求一種收集鋼鐵冶煉過程中產生的氣溶膠顆粒的方法,研究了EAF粉塵顆粒物的性質.采用Zn蒸汽氧化產生的ZnO模擬氣溶膠顆粒進行凝并實驗研究,另采用熏香煙霧在不同的攪拌速度下進行氣溶膠凝并實驗,并將實驗結果與理論計算進行比較.同時,采用一種考慮顆粒間相互作用的氣溶膠凝并模型估算反應范德華力作用的Hamaker常數.實驗結果表明,在攪拌條件下,對于氣溶膠的凝并應考慮微細顆粒間的相互作用.Abstract: In order to find some possible methods to collect aerosol particles in steel making process,the particles of EAF dust were analyzed.The aerosol coagulation experiment of ZnO particles which were generated from the oxidation of Zn vapor was carried out and the coagulation phenomenon was observed.Furthermore,the aerosol coagulation in an agitated vessel was studied.By using incense aerosols,experiments under different agitation speeds were conducted.Experimental results were compared with theoretical calculation and the values of the coagulation coefficient of shear coagulation were obtained.An aerosol coagulation model considering the interaction effect between particles was applied to estimating the Hamaker constant.This result shows that the model can be applied to the aerosol coagulation under agitation condition to consider the interaction of particles.
