Thermodynamics of desulphurization with aluminate and lime in the pretreatment of hot metal

摘要: 通過熱力學計算分析了Al在鐵水中與氧和硫反應的平衡活度,當CaO和Al同時加入鐵水中,適量的Al會提高CaO的脫硫能力.探討了在Al的參與下,CaO作為脫硫劑時的脫硫熱力學反應機理,以及Al₂O₃和CaF₂對鐵水脫硫的作用.

Abstract: The activities of sulfur and oxygen reacted with aluminum in hot metal were calculated by the thermodynamics data. The capability of desulphurization for hot metal could be increased as aluminum and lime were added into hot metal together. In this case, the thermodynamics reaction mechanism of desulphurization and the effect of Al₂O₃ and CaF₂ in desulphurization in hot metal were discussed.
