Modeling and torsional vibration simulation of involute spur gears with asymmetric teeth

摘要: 為研究非對稱漸開線圓柱齒輪的動力學特性,在對傳統的非對稱齒輪扭轉振動模型進行動力學等價變換的基礎上,建立了基于虛擬樣機技術的非對稱齒輪動力學模型.利用該模型,綜合考慮齒輪嚙合過程中時變嚙合剛度和嚙合阻尼的影響,進行對稱及非對稱齒輪振動特性的時域和頻域分析,并與數值仿真和實驗研究的結果進行比較.結果表明:該模型仿真與數值仿真和實驗研究的結果相吻合.Abstract: In order to research the dynamics characteristics of involute spur gears with asymmetric teeth, a dynamic model based on virtual prototyping was proposed by setting up an equivalent kinetic model for torsional vibration of asymmetric gears. With this model, the time and frequency domains of vibration characteristic were analyzed taking account of the influence of time-variant mesh stiffness and mesh damping in the course of meshing. These results were compared with numerical simulation and experimental results. It is shown that this simulation method consists with the numerical simulation and experimental method.
