Effect of phase difference between dual laser fields on phonon amplification in a graphene

摘要: 通過修正的泛函積分方法研究兩束激光對石墨層中原子位移漲落的影響.計算表明:在激光場強和頻率一定的情況下,適當調節激光場的相位差,可以使原子位移漲落隨時間的變化率在有限的時間范圍內為正值,這對應聲子增益的過程.詳細討論了產生這種聲子增益效應的機理,給出了產生聲子增益的時間間隔.Abstract: Atomic displacement fluctuation in a graphene under dual laser fields was studied by a moatttea functional integral approach. It was shown that when the field strength and the frequency were fixed, the atomic displacement fluctuation was tuned by the phase difference between dual laser fields. It was realized that the rate of change of the atomic displacement fluctuation took its positive value in measurable time ranges. This corresponded to a phonon amplification effect. The mechanism of generating the phonon amplification was discussed.
