Dust-reduction mechanism and application research of efficient water-stemming

摘要: 針對普通水炮泥在井下爆破降塵和減少炮煙效果不理想的問題,從水炮泥降塵機理的分析出發,在實驗室進行了不同濃度溶液的表面張力和潤濕能力的測定,研制出高效水炮泥,并在井下進行多次對比爆破實驗.結果表明,使用高效水炮泥能有效降低炮采過程中粉塵的濃度,改善井下工作環境.Abstract: Dust and smoke were not efficiently reduced under mines by common water-stemming. Based on the analysis of the dust-reduction mechanism of water-stemming, the surface tension and humid capacity of different concentrations of solutions water-stemming were measured in the laboratory, and efficient water-stemming were developed. The results of explosive comparative tests under mines show that the dust density was efficiently reduced by the efficient water-stemming. It is worthy of being used widely, particularly for blasting mines.
