Effect of Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Spray Deposited Al-Zn-Mg-Cu Aluminum Alloy

摘要: 研究了單級固溶和雙級固溶熱處理工藝對噴射成形Al-Zn-Mg-Cu鋁合金力學性能的影響.應用光學顯微鏡、掃描電鏡與透射電鏡對顯微組織和第二相顆粒的固溶及沉淀析出狀況做了進一步的研究.結果表明:雙級固溶時效和單級固溶時效處理制度相比,前者得到的組織和力學性能較為理想;雙級固溶處理綜合了低溫單級固溶和高溫單級固溶的優點,即再結晶晶粒尺寸較小,同時回溶顆粒較多.時效后的組織也較理想.采用雙級固溶處理(450℃/3h+480℃/3h)和T6時效處理后,合金的抗拉強度和屈服強度分別達到806MPa和797MPa,延伸率達到7.5%.Abstract: The effects of single solid solution treatment and two-stage solid solution treatment on the micro-structure and mechanical properties of spray deposited Al-Zn-Mg-Cu aluminum alloy were investigated. The micro-structure and precipitation were observed by optical microscopy, SEM and TEM. It is shown that the microstructure and mechanical properties by the two-stage solid solution treatment is better than those by the single solution treatment. The two-stage solution treatment has the advantages of low and high temperature single solution. After the two-stage solid solution, recrystallization grains did not grow up and most of precipitation were dissolved. The tensile strength and the yield strength of the alloy can reach 806 and 797 MPa respectively with a elongation of 7.5% after the two-stage solid solution and the T6 aging treatment.
