Effect of Ga Atom on Magnetic Moment of Fe-Ga Alloys

摘要: 研究了Fe-Ga合金中Ga原子對合金的平均原子磁矩的影響.Fe中摻入Ga原子后,并不是簡單的“稀釋”作用.與純Fe的原子磁矩相比,Fe-Ga合金中平均原子磁矩減小的同時,在低Ga含量范圍,Fe原子的磁矩隨Ga含量的增加而增大;當Ga含量大于17%(原子分數)時,Fe原子磁矩隨著Ga含量的增大而減小.Abstract: The effect of Ga atom on the mean magnetic moment per atom of Fe-Ga alloys was discussed. It is found that Fe-Ga alloys exhibit a markedly different behavior from simple magnetic dilution. With the decrease of mean moment per atom, the moment-per-iron atom increases with the substitution of Ga atom and decreases when the content of Ga atom is larger than 17%.
