Control of FGC System Based on Multi-model Adaptive Control Method

摘要: 冷連軋機動態規格變換時各機架的入口厚度一般變化較大,采用傳統自適應控制的辨識算法的收斂速度不能跟隨參數實際變化速度,控制效果不佳.針對這一問題,提出一種多模型自適應控制方法.通過對五機架冷連軋機進行仿真表明,多模型自適應FGC系統具有較好的控制精度、跟蹤速度以及穩定性.Abstract: The change of entry gauge is very large when the flying gauge varies in tandem cold rolling mills, and the speed of identification convergence with a traditional self-adaptive controller is slower than that of parameters changing. In order to deal with this problem, an adaptive multi-model control method was proposed, by which simulations on a 5-stand tandem cold rolling mill were carried out. It is found that the system has a satisfied speed, stability and precision.
