Influence of NaCl on Corrosion Behavior of API P105 Steel in CO2 Saturated Solution

摘要: 用電化學阻抗譜(EIS)和極化測量,研究了在含CO2的溶液中NaCl含量對API P105鋼的電化學腐蝕行為的影響.結果表明,隨著NaCl含量的增大,P105鋼的腐蝕電位正移,抑制了腐蝕過程的陰陽極反應,降低了P105鋼的腐蝕速率.分析表明,Cl-在APIP105鋼表面的吸附為Temkin等溫吸附.Abstract: The effect of NaCJ on the corrosion behavior of API P105 steel in the CO2-saturated solution was studied by electrochemical impedance spectrum(EIS) and polarization measurement. The results showed the increase of NaCl concentration decreased the the corrosion rate of the steel, which could be attribulted the decrease of hydroxide ion concentration and the dissolution of CO2, and the adsorption of Cl- obeyed the Temkin isotherm.
