摘要: 應用人工心理理論,對人性化商品設計開發及商品選購中的重要因素——消費者心理進行研究.采用因子分析和數量化I類理論統計聚類的方法,得到考慮消費者心理的數學模型,并用VB6.0與Access數據庫編制了基于這個模型的商品選購專家系統.Abstract: Apply with Artificial Psychology (AP) to study cousumers' psychology, which is the indispensable factor for humanizing designs of commodity and commodity choose. The methods of statistical cluster such as factor analysis, Quantification Theory I, are adopted to construct the AP model considering consumers' psychology. Finally, expert systems of commodity choose is designedbased this model with VB6.0 and Access.
