An AC Impedance Characteristics of the Cerium Oxide Film Formed on the Aluminum Surface

摘要: 應用電化學阻抗譜(EIS)研究了鋁合金表面稀土膜的成膜過程和機理,并通過測試極化曲線,比較了不同極化電位、不同pH值對膜層耐蝕性的影響.結果表明在鈰鹽溶液中可在鋁合金表面成膜,與成膜過程相對應的EIS變化清楚地顯示膜層的變化.轉化膜層具有良好的耐蝕能力.Abstract: Electrochemical impedance spectroscope (EIS) of aluminum alloy in cerie solution was investigated to study the film formation.The corrosion resistance of aluminum coated with cerie films was also disscused.Typical EIS spectral changes were clearly observed during the film formation processes. EIS results indicated that cerie film can form on the aluminum surface by chemical treatment and cathodic polarization treatment. The film has good corrosion resistance.
