Optimization Aimed at the Lowest Coke Consumption by Model and Analysis of the Application

摘要: 介紹了目標高爐應用焦比優化模型在線運行的環境.通過模型在線運行,得到了有關參數的優化結果.將優化結果與實際生產參數比較,結果是目標高爐降低燒結礦在熟料中的比例,提高球團礦比例,同時提高風溫和富氧率.在煤粉噴吹量達186 kg/t的基礎上,可望將焦比降低到300kg/t左右水平.Abstract: Optimization by model aimed at the lowest coke consumption at the given condition of the blast furnace. The environment of the optimization model used was introduced. Some parameters were obtained by modeling on line. Comparing the results parameters of optimization with that of real production, it was shows that the rate of the sinter quantity used ought to be reduced and the pellet quantity increase. The temperature of the blast and the oxygen enrichment should use at the highest level that the blast furnace could supply. Based on the condition the pulverized coal injection at 186 kg/t, the coke consumption may be lowers to the level of 300 kg/t or so.
