摘要: 研究開發出了一種鋼材組織細化的新方法,即奧氏體-鐵素體區循環形變,并采用自行設計的熱模擬試樣,研究了奧氏體-鐵素體區循環形變對Q235鋼力學性能的影響規律.結果表明:在大部分變形條件下,采用該方法所得到的Q235鋼的杭拉強度大于500MPa,屈服強度大于400MPa,伸長率大于20%,

Abstract: A new way to fine steel structure has been developed. It is the austenite-ferrite-repeating deformation. The effect of austenite-ferrite-repeating deformation on the mechanical properties of steel Q235 has been investigated by introducing a thermal simulation sample which has been worked out by ourselves. The results of the study indicate that the mechanical properties of steel Q235 are enhanced by this new method.-
