Three-Dimension Mathematical Model Study on Fluid Flow in Slab Continuous Caster Mold

摘要: 針對板坯連鑄結晶器中鋼液的紊流流動特征,利用流場計算軟件cfx4.3,建立了一個三維有限差分模型,模擬了結晶器內鋼液的流場和流動分布,同時應用水利學模型進行了驗證.通過數值計算,研究了浸入式水口的出口傾角、浸入深度、拉速等工藝參數對板坯連鑄結晶器流場的影響,為優化結晶器內鋼液的流場,優化浸入式水口的設計提供了理論基礎.Abstract: By using the commercial code CFX, the three-dimensional model to simulate the fluid flow in slab continuous caster mold has been set up. This mathematical model is proved by the experimental results of water model. By using this model, the effects of the SEN outflow angle, immersion depth and casting speed on velocity fields in the slab mould are studied. This model is an efficient means for optimizing the structure of the mould and the submerged entry nozzle (SEN).
