EAF Dust Recycling into the Furnace for Slag Foaming

摘要: 在實驗室中研究了電爐粉塵和煤粉加入量及溫度對泡沫渣高度的影響.結果表明,在電爐渣中加入0~30%的電爐粉塵和3%~12%的煤粉(質量分數)時,隨粉塵及煤粉加人量的增加以及溫度的提高,泡沫渣的最大發泡高度增加;在加入電爐粉塵造泡沫渣過程中,隨溫度升高,渣中ZnO的還原揮發速度加快,反應6 min,Zn的揮發率大于97%.在本實驗條件下,反應3min,渣中Pb小于0.02%,溫度對PbO的還原揮發速度無明顯影響.Abstract: The influence of EAF dust and coal amounts added into slag as well as temperature on the slag foaming height had been investigated in laboratory. The results show that the maximum slag foaming height increases, with the increase of EAF dust and coal amounts added as well as temperature. The reduction and evaporation rate of ZnO speeds up with the increase of temperature during slag foaming. The evaporation rate of ZnO is more than 97% in 6 min. Pb in slag is less than 0.02% in 3 min. Temperature seems to have no clear affect on the evaporation rate of Pb in slag.
