Continuous Casting Mould with Grooves in Internal Surface on Slab Initial Solidification

摘要: 以初期凝固坯殼為研究對象,在結晶器內壁縱向劃分溝槽,建立數學模型,計算劃分溝槽與不劃分溝槽結晶器內鑄坯的溫度場和應力場,研究溝槽內壁結晶器對鑄坯初期凝固過程的影響.結果表明,溝槽內壁結晶器可顯著改善鑄坯傳熱,降低坯殼應力并使其均勻分布.Abstract: The thetial solidification shell as research object was studied. Some grooves were curved vertically in the mould. Mathematical model was established. The temperature fields and stress fields of initial solidification shell in the mould of smooth and groove were calculated,the difference between the tWo condition was analyzed and effect to dritial solidiflcation process caused by model of grooves was stUdied.The results show that conduct heat of slab can be Anproved clearly and stress can be reduced and distributed eveuly by the mould with groove in surface.
