摘要: 在不同的電源功率和頻率、不同的成形材質和尺寸等工藝條件下,應用控制容積方法對逐步熔融凝固初始加工階段的感應 電流面密度及溫度場進行了數值計算,得到任意位置的溫度隨時間的變化, 成形 體和模具初始加熱過程中的等溫線圖及固液分界線,所需電源功率和完全熔化時 間.Abstract: Numerical computation soft of Incremental Melting and Solidification (IMS) initial process was designed. In the condition of different coil current and frequency and different kinds of materials and size, induction current and temperature distribution of treating materials could be obtained, and the input power and melting time of materials also could be calculated. This soft might be used to select processing parameter of IMS.
