摘要: 介紹了武鋼煉鐵廠5^#高爐罐式爐頂齒輪箱監測診斷系統.該系統通過安裝振動傳感器和共振解調裝置,對電流、氮氣和水的壓力、流量、溫度等參數進行綜合監測,達到故障診斷和支持維修決策的目的.

Abstract: By way of vibration transducer and demodulation device, the parameter of the electric current,the pressure, the flow and the temperature of nitrogen and water of the equipment can be monitored, comprehensively and the goal of fault diagnosis and maintenance decision, the management of equipments can be achived. As a practical example described the monitoring and diagnosis system was described for gear box pot type furnace top of No. 5 BF at the Ironmaking Plant of WISCO.
