Characterization of Strain Induced Ferrite Formed in Coarse Austenite Grained Q235 Steel

摘要: 觀察粗大奧氏體經不同應變后的淬火組織,分析應變誘導鐵素體的形成特點.結果表明:奧氏體晶粒尺寸影響應變誘導鐵素作的形成方式;在形變初期粗大奧氏體(~250-μm)應變誘導鐵素體主要在晶界、退火孿晶界形核,隨應變增加,可通過形變帶形核:而尺寸較小的奧氏體(~7 μm),鐵素體形核主要在晶界;隨奧氏體晶粒尺寸增大,形變帶上形核比例明顯提高,而在晶界形核的比例減小.Abstract: Strain induced ferrite in a coarse austenite grain Q235 steel was investigated in detail by analyzing samples subjected to different strains. Results revel that the strain induced ferrite formed was influenced by the size ofaustenite grain. Ferrite nucleated on grain boundaries, annealing twin boundaries in large y grained sample at the early stage of deformation and upon further straining on deformation bands. Whereas, ferrite nucleates mainly on grain boundaries in small Y grained samples being insensitive to strain scale. With the increase of y grain size, nucleation on the deformation bands was apparently increased and with respect to that on grain boundaries.
