Comparison of Several Different Models in Atmospheric Corrosion Prediction

摘要: 分別運用腐蝕速率與暴露時間關系的指數模型(D=ATn,D=ATBeC/T)灰色系統"的GM(1,1)模型和環境綜合因子模型預測碳鋼和低合金鋼的大氣腐蝕率,并與掛片暴露試驗結果進行比較.結果表明,相同材料在不同的大氣環境下有著不同的腐蝕規律,碳鋼和低合金鋼的大氣腐蝕預測可選擇不同的預測模型.Abstract: Atmospheric corrosion rates of carbon steel and low alloy steel were Predicted by using different models:two regressive models (D=ATn,D=ATBeC/T), GM(l, l) model of "Gray system", and synthetic factors model of atmospheric corrosion. By comparing the calculated values with exposed test values, it indicated that same materials have different corrosion rules in different environments at the same time for different materials have different prediction models in the same environment.
