Mathermatical Model of Flow Stress about Aluminium Alloy under Cold Condition

摘要: 采用自制的平面應變壓縮試驗裝置,對生產現場采集的5種鋁合金進行了壓縮試驗,測定了冷變形條件下的流動應力,分析了各種變形條件對流動應力的影響.通過對8種結構形式流動應力數學模型的回歸和分析比較,獲得了結構簡單、計算精度高、適合于現場計算機在線控制的數學模型.Abstract: The compression experiment for five aluminium alloys is made by self-made plain strain compress instrument, the flow stress is measured under cold defromation, which effact on flow stress is descussed. The best mathematic model of flow stress is obtained.
