Extrusion Characteristics of Composite Powders of Stainless Steel and Zirconia

摘要: 研究了在二氧化鋯與不銹鋼的混合粉末中加入粘結劑時的擠壓成形特性,并著重考察了混合粉末的可擠壓上限條件.所用粘結劑為水溶性羥兩基甲基纖維素(HPMC)和水.結果表明,混合粉末的可擠壓上限成分(質量分數)隨不銹鋼粉末含量的增加而上升,當不銹鋼粉末含量(體積分數)為70%~90%時達到最大;粘結劑中HPMC的質量分數以10%為宜.Abstract: The extrustioncharacteristics of composite powders of stainless steel and zirconiahave been researched experimentally, and the upper extruded composition of the composite powders being discussed. Hydroxy-propyl methyl-cellulose (HPMC) and water was used as the binder for the extrusion. The results show that the extrudable upper compositionincreases with increasing the stainless steel powder content in composite powder, and that the reasonable content of HPMC in the binder being 10%.
