Quantitative Relationship Between Mechanical Properties and Chemocal Compositions of Steels Made by Anshan Iron and Steel Corporation

摘要: 根據由鞍鋼100爐次鋼材試樣的化學成分全分析、顯微組織參數和力學性能測定的結果,采用統計方法分析了鋼材成分(包括痕量元素)、組織與其力學性能的關系,得出了成分、組織與其力學性能之間的回歸方程,并將鞍鋼鋼材的成分與寶鋼鋼材成分作了比較.Abstract: Samples of 100 heats were collected from Anshan Iron and Steel Corpo ration (Angang). Their mechanical properties and microstructural parameters were measured and comprehensive chemical analysis was made. The regressive formulae of the relationship between mechanical properties and chemical compositions along with microstructural parameters are given. The comparison of chemical compositions is made between steel products of Angang and Baoshan Iron and Steel Works.
