Interaction and Corelation of Reagents in Flotation Systerm of Rare-earth Mineral

摘要: 用三因素二次回歸正交實驗研究了Na2SiO3,H205,H102浮選藥劑在稀土浮選體系中的交互作用,提出了浮選指標與三者用量的相關數學模型和用等值曲線法討論Na2SiO3,H205,H102之間的交互作用規律,并進行了實踐驗證.結果表明,Na2SiO3,H205,H102三者之間存在著強度不同的交互作用,以H205與Na2SiO3作用最為強烈,H205與H102次之,Na2SiO3與H102較弱.該交互作用規律在新寶力格稀土選廠應用收到了較好效果.在精礦品位和回收率與原來相近的情況下,H102用量保持原有水平,而Na2SiO3和H205的用量分別降低了19.46%和39.52%.Abstract: The interaction of Na2SiO3, H205 and H102 reagents was studied with orthogonal regression methed, and a regression methematical model is yielded. It deals with the dosages of the three reagents as well as the grade (β) and the recovery rate (ε) of RE minerals in flotation system. The experiment results show that the order of the interaction of the reagents is as follows:H205-Na2SiO3>H205-H102>Na2SiO3-H102.
