Microstructure of Lead Magnesium Niobate Ceramics Synthesised by Wet Chemical Method

摘要: 用濕化學法合成鑰鎂酸鉛陶瓷.用X射線(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEW)和透射電鏡(TEM)技術,研究陶瓷的微觀結構.結果表明:濕化學法可合成純鈣鈦礦相的鑰鎂酸鉛陶瓷;陶瓷在850~920 ℃燒結,晶粒大小為150~200nm,細小焦綠石相出現并分布在晶界上;過量PbO相的形成有利于陶瓷的燒結.Abstract: Lead magnesium niobate ceramics have been synthesised by wet chemical method and their microstructures are studied by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD,scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transndssion electron microscopy(TEM). The experimental results show that pure perovskite PMN ceramics is obtained during calcining at 800℃ for 1h. The grain size of PMN ceramic varies from 150nm to 200nm after sintering at 85O~ 920 ℃. The pyrochlore phase is situated at the grain boundaries of the perovskite phase if it occurs. Excess PbO phase existing in the ceramic is in favour of sintering of the cerarnic powder.
