Methods of cBN Synthesis under High Pressure and Temperature

摘要: 研究溫度、壓力和升壓速度對使用催化劑合成琥珀色立方氮化硼的影響.結果表明,在本實驗條件下,合成立方氧化硼所用的溫度、壓力都低于合成金剛石的值;減慢超壓速度有利于改善立方氮化硼的合成效果.Abstract: The influences of temperature, pressure and the elevating pressure speed on the amber cBN synthesis using catalyst have been studied.The resultS show that, under the experimental conditions, both temperature and pressure for the amber cBN synthesis are belower than these for the diamond synthesis, and the results of cBN synthesis can be improved if the elevating pressure speed is slowed down.
