Efficiency of Synthetic Desulphurizer with Aluminum Slag Ash on Increasing Desulphurization of LF Process

摘要: 敘述了用鋁渣灰脫硫劑提高脫硫效果縮短LF爐處理時間的試驗,著重分析了此脫硫劑的脫硫效果和影響因素核試驗的工藝要點是:控制好頂渣成分,提前造渣,鋼液脫氧良好,增加吹氬強度.結果表明,用含鋁渣灰的脫硫劑處理鋼水,當每t鋼加入量為15~20kg時,LF爐處理時間平均縮短10min,平均脫硫率提高16%.Abstract: The experiments using synthetic desulphurizer with Aluminum slag ash to increase the efficiency of desulphurization and shorten the LF process time were described.The efficiency of mis desulphurizer and factors influencing its effects were emphatically analysed. The gists of the experiments process were as follows: the optimum control of top slag composition, forming the top slag in ladle eariy, the good deoxidation,increasing the Ar gas shtring strength. The experimental results showed that given the desulphurizers addition among 15~20 kg/t, the average LF process time is shorted 10 min, the average desulpherizing rate is raised 16%.
