Measurement of Transport Coefficients of Nitrogen between Slag and Liquid Steel

摘要: 使用Al2O3坩堝在真空感應爐內測定了1600℃時氮在含C還原渣和鋼液之間的總傳質系數βo.研究表明,βo與氣相中氮分壓PN2的大小有關,隨著PN2的增加βo增大.由物料平衡計算得出,在本實驗條件下,βo為3.7×10-4 cm/S.Abstract: The total transport coefficients of nitrogen from reducing slag containing carbon into liquid steel in Al2O3 crucible at 1600℃ have been measured. The result shows that β has been related to the panial pressure of nitrogen in gas phase PN2, β increases with the increase of PN2 The calculated results of mass balance was shown that under this experimental condition β0 =3.7×10-4 cm/s.
