Control of Magnesium Content in CrNiMoV Steel during the ESR Process

摘要: 研究了電渣重熔過程中CrNiMoV鋼中鎂含量的控制技術.結果表明:最佳的渣系(質量分數)為62%CaF2-10%Al2O3-12%CaO-16%MgO;脫氧劑加入量為1kg鋼加入1.5gCasi;采用較高鎂含量的電極和較高的重熔電流有助于獲得設計鎂含量的重熔錠.Abstract: A control technology of magnesium content in CrNiMoV steel during ESR process has been studied. The experimental results show that the optimum slag (mass frictom) constitution is 62%CaF2-10%Al2O3-12%CaO-16 %MgO and the amount of deoxidiser added is 1. 5g CaSi per kilogram of liquid steel. The higher magnesium content of electrode and higher remelting current is beneficial for obtaining remelting ingots with predicted magnesium content.
