Relationship between Structural Stability and Long-range-order Parameter

摘要: 利用建立在對勢基礎上的原子模型分析了結構穩定性與長程有序的關系,給出了二元體系結合能與有序度解析關系的一般表達式,得出有序結構必須滿足n ≥ n1>nCA的條件,結果表明,同一合金體系中,B2結構本質上比L12結構更難實現從有序向無序的轉變。Abstract: The relationship between the structural stability and the long-range-order parameter in the binary alloys is studied using effective atom model based on the pair potential. A analytic equation of the cohesive energy against the long range parameter is given. As a result, the order-disorder transformation of B2 phase is much difficultly to be reached than that of L12 phase intrinsically in the same binary alloy system.
