Cathodic Protection of the Rusted Cast Iron

摘要: 在模擬的文物鑄鐵上,研究已生成較厚銹層的帶銹鑄鐵在3.5%NaCl溶液中陰極保護的可能性和可行性,并確定最佳保護參數。結果表明,帶銹鑄鐵的陰極保護是可行的;在本體系中最佳保護電位范圍是-900~-1000mV(SCE);當保護電位比-1100mV(SCE)更負時,保護效率將顯著降低。Abstract: Possibility and feasibility of cathodic protection(CP) on the rusted cast iron with thick rust layer and the optimum parameter of protection were studied. The results showed that it was feasible to protect rusted cast iron by cathodic protection technique.The optimum protection potential was between-900 mV and -1000 mV(SCE) under the present condition.If protection potential was more negative than-1100mV (SCE),the protection efficiency would dramatically drop.
