Effect of Simulated Welding Condition on the Structure and Properties of Ni-P Amorphous Alloy

摘要: 通過不同的熱處理條件模擬焊接過程的溫度和時間,對化學鍍N1-P非晶態合金的結構、性能進行了研究。結果表明:當熱處理時間在60s以內時,Ni-P合金不會發生晶化(1000℃,60s除外),仍然保持非晶態,但是鍍層硬度明顯得到了提高,在較短時間的熱處理條件下,鍍層硬度在700℃處取得最大值。Abstract: The structure and properties of electroless Ni-P amorphous alloy under the simulated welding condition by changing the temperature and time of heat treatment were investigated.It has been shown that the crystallization of Ni-P alloy would not accur when time of heat treatment is shorter than 60 seconds.(beside 1000℃,60s),but the hardness of the alloy increases obviously.Under the condition of heat treament with shorter time,the handness of the alloy reaches the maximum when the temperature of heat treatment is 700℃.
