Analysis of Corrosion of Oil Pipelines

摘要: 研究了青海油田集輸管線腐蝕的主要原因。結果表明:水樣中高氯離子含量、高總含鹽量、高礦化度是影響管線腐蝕加劇的重要原因。細菌微生物參與了管線的腐蝕反應,它與溶液中氯離子共同作用,使管線局部腐蝕加劇。同時管線還受到由硫化氫引起的應力腐蝕作用,使得管線既可能由于坑蝕或孔蝕導致腐蝕穿孔,還可能由于應力腐蝕而導致突發性開裂。Abstract: The main reason for corrosion of oil pipelines in Qinghai oil field has been studied. High concentration of Cl-,salts, high mineral degree are main factors to influence the corrosion of pipelines. Bacteria also assist corrosion. Localized corrosion induced by Cl- and bacteria was accelerated.Simultaneously the pipelines also suffer from SCC induced by H2S. The pipeline steel could possibly leak by pitting or abrupt fracture by stress corrosion.
