Research on the Corrosion Behaviour of Cu-Based Shape Memory Alloy in Physiological Saline Solutions

摘要: 采用浸泡試驗和電化學技術對CuZnAl形狀記憶合金在人工液體中的腐蝕行為進行了研究。結果表明,CuznAl形狀記憶合金的腐蝕形式為脫鋅腐蝕。CuZnAl形狀記憶合金的耐腐蝕性優于未經記憶效應處理的同成分合金。該合金耐蝕的原因是,由于單相馬氏體組織具有記憶行為和超彈性,改善了表面電化學行為,促進了鈍化,從而抑制了陽極活性溶解。Abstract: The corrosion behaviour of CuZnAl shape memory alloy in physiological saline solutions has been investigated with immersion test and electrochemical measurement techniques. The results showed that the corrosion form of shape memory alloy was dezincification mechanism. The corrosion resistance of CuZnAl shape memory alloy was such better than annealed CuZnAl alloy. It is mainly related with the martensite phase which has the effects of shape memory and superelasticity improved electochemical behaviour in surface of alloy and increased passivation ability.Thus supressed anodic active dissolution.
