摘要: 在建立電信網質量評價指標體系的基礎上,運用多級模糊綜合評判、加權平均和一票否決法,對電信網通信質量進行綜合評價,取得了較好效果.

Abstract: On the basis of index system of the quality, synthetic evaluation is carried out on the quality of the telecommunication networks according to the methods of multi-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation, weighted average method, zero for one and achieves better results.
