Mathematical Model on Flow Stress of Aluminium Alloys in Hot Plastic Deformation

摘要: 采用恒應變速率凸輪式壓縮試驗機,測定了4種鋁合金材料在熱狀態下的流動應力,分析了應變率、應變速率及變形溫度對流動應力的影響規律,通過對多種結構型式流動應力數學模型的回歸分析比較,確定了計算精度較高、結構型式較簡單、適合于現場計算機在線控制和工程計算的數學模型。Abstract: Using cam-type compression testing machine, four kinds of aluminium-alloy materials are tested in hot process at constant strain rate. The affects of strain, strain rate and deformation temperature on flow stress are analysed. By regressing,comparing and analysing various form of mathematical models of flow stress, one model with higher calculation accuracy, simpler form and more suitable for on-line computer control and engineering calculation is determined.
