Intelligent Compound Control for Electrode-lift in the Steelmaking Process of Electric Furnace

摘要: 介紹了電爐煉鋼過程電極升降智能復合控制原理和方法。在熔化期采用Bang-Bang控制,在氧化期采用模糊控制,在還原期采用PLD控制,這三者協調采用智能操作。實驗結果表明:它有調節速度快,穩態誤差小和跟蹤能力強的特點。Abstract: The principle and the method of intelligent compound control for elctrode-lift in the steelmaking process introduced. Bang-Bang control is used in the melt-time, FUZZY control is used in the oxidaton-time. PID control is used in the reduction-time.The three harmony have adopted intelligent operate. The experimental results show that it has the advantages of fast regulating, fast trace and high control accuracy.
