Calculation and Analysis of the Thermal Stress on Blast Furnace Staves of Different Material

摘要: 計算了鑄鐵冷卻壁與銅冷卻壁在相同條件下熱面熱應力。通過計算得知,銅冷卻壁具有更小的熱應力,其值遠小于它的拉伸強度,不易使冷卻壁產生裂紋。因此,從熱應力能引起裂紋產生角度看,銅冷卻壁性能優于鑄鐵冷卻壁。Abstract: The thermal stress on the hot side of cast ironstaves and copper staves on the same condition was analyzed. It was known by calculating that, the thermal stress on the copper staves is smaller then copper sbave, and it is far less than the extension strength of the copper stave, so there is few cack occuring on the staves. Therefor, the property of the copper staves is better than that of the staves of cast iron.
