Mathematic Model for Percussive Rock Drilling and Its Application to the Piston Failure Analysis

摘要: 應用應力波理論,建立了沖擊鑿巖的理論模型,并應用該模型對活塞的受力及失效形式進行了分析,找出了活塞失效的真正原因,提出了活塞選材的判據。Abstract: A mathematic model for percussive rock drilling is established by using the theory of stress waves. The model is verified by experiments and used to analyse the stress on the piston and the causes of the piston failure. A criterion of piston material selecting is put forward.
