Deformation Features of Superalloy DD3 under Fatigue Creep Interaction

摘要: 研究了DD3單晶高溫合晶在疲勞-蠕變復合作用下的材料形變特點,分析了DD3單晶在不同的交變應力和平均應力的組合下材料的動態變形曲線特點,建立了在930℃此單晶的疲勞-蠕變交互作用變形類的斷裂特征圖。研究發現DD3單晶合金斷裂特征圖F區具有較寬的應力范圍,而C區則具有相對較窄的應力范圍。這表明DD3單晶合金具有相對較強的抗蠕變能力和相對較弱的抗疲勞能力。Abstract: The deformation features of a nickle-base single crystal superalloy DD3 under fatigue-creep interaction were investigated. The strain rate type fatigue-creep frature machanism map was constrcuted. The maxium stress modified equations were obtained to calculate the minium strain rate for the fixed stress conditions. It is demonstrated that the predicted values compared favourable with the observed values.
