Effect of Thermophysical Properties on Solidified Interface in HgCdTe Growth with THM

摘要: 針對移動加熱器法(THM)晶體生長特點,在建立適當數學模型的基礎上,著重就熱物性參數(晶體導熱系數、石英透射率)對凝固界面形狀和熔區位置的影響進行分析及數值計算,得到一些重要的結論。Abstract: Based on the characteristics of Travelling Heater Method, a proper mathematical model is developed. The effect of thermophysical properties on the solidified interface and melting zone is studied in detials.
