Coarsening Behavior of γ" Precipitate in GH169 Alloy

摘要: 利用透射電子顯微鏡,研究了GH169合金中γ"相的粗化長大行為,并用體擴散控制長大的LSW理論進行對比分析。結果表明,γ"相的粗化行為符合LSW理論,LSW理論可用來解釋γ"相擴散控制的長大過程;然而高密度彌散析出有較大錯配度的γ"相所具有的特殊性又決定了其顆粒大小的分布偏離了LSW理論。Abstract: The coarsening kinetics of γ' precipitates in GH169 alloy have been studied with transmission electron microscope. The measured coarsening rates and particlesize distributions were analyzed using LSW theory. The results show that the growth behavior of γ' phase follows the time-law predictions of LSW theory of diffusioncontrolled growth. However, the actual particle-size distribution is anomalous, it could be attributed to the γ' phase special characteristic of high density dispersion precipitation and a large lattice misfit.
