Lubricating Mechanism of Oil EP/AW Additives on Ni-P Brush Plating Layer

摘要: 利用球-盤摩擦磨損試驗機全面地研究了潤滑油極壓抗磨添加劑硫化烯烴及磷酸三甲酚酯在Ni-P電刷鍍層表面的作用效果,并利用X射線光電子能譜儀和俄歇電子能譜儀分析了各摩擦表面潤滑膜的成分及結構,進而討論了硫化烯烴及磷酸三甲酚酯在Ni-P鍍層摩擦表面的作用機理。研究結果表明,潤滑油中加入硫化烯烴時對Ni-P鍍層有良好的潤滑效果,但加入磷酸三甲酚酯時的潤滑效果較差。Abstract: The tribological behavior of sulfurized olefin(SO) and tricresyl phosphate(TCP) on Ni-P brush plating layer was studied systematically on a ball-on-disc testing machine, and that of SO and TCP on 1045 steel was also studied for comparing.The composition of lubricating films on disc wear surfaces was analysed using X ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Auger electron spectroscopy methods. The lubricating mechanism of SO and TCP on Ni-P brush plating layer was discussed.It was found that the lubricating oil containing SO exhibited very good lubricating behavior on Ni-P brush plating layer. But the addition of TCP in lubricating oil showed adverse effects.
