Solid-State Reaction between Iron and Hematite at Iron Saturation

摘要: 采用擴散偶的方法,對鐵與Fe2O3間的固相反應進行了研究,結果表明,兩者間的產物層主要在Fe2O3一側形成,而且與鐵在空氣中氧化不同,呈現出混合狀結構;在鐵飽和的條件下,Fe2O3轉化的最終產物是FexO(x<1)。Abstract: The solid phase reaction between iron and hematite have been investigated by using the diffusion couple method. The results show that the product phase between iron and hematite was formed on the layer of hematite principally, but the morphology was aggregate arrangement, which is different from that of the oxidation in air, and the final product was the wustite from the hematite at Fe saturation.
