Application of CAD System for the Forging Processes

摘要: 本文概要介紹了計算機輔助自由鍛工藝設計系統的概況、系統的組成、系統的功能和系統的特點,以及應用的效果;具體描述了10大類40種自由鍛件工藝的制訂要求,每臺階軸優化設計中采用基本臺階單元技術和優化設計的思路和原理,并對專家系統的實用性、經濟性、安全性、可靠性等作了較詳細的說明。Abstract: This paper summarizes the overall design, function, features and results of utilization of CAD system for the forging processes. The design of the forging processes of 40 kinds of forging belonging to 10 classifications has been introduced. The optimizing design of multiple stepped shaft and auxiliary management of process documents are decribed. The system is advantage of perfect expert system, great variety designed forging and high degree of complexity.
