Study on the Mathematical Model of Flow Stress of Nonferrous under Cold Forming

摘要: 采用恒應變速率塑性計,對鋁合金的4個具有代表性品種的實體樣本進行壓縮實驗,測定了冷變形時的流動應力,通過對5種結構形式的流動應力數學模型的分析和比較,分析了各種變形條件對流動應力的影響,獲得了結構簡單,計算精度高,適合于現場計算機在線控制的數學模型.Abstract: The compress experiment of 4 aluminum alloys is made by means of a Can Plastometer with constant strain rate. The flow stress is meassured under cold deformation. 5 types of mathematic model of flow stress are analysed and compared. The effect of deformation conditions on flow stress is discussed. And the best mathematic model of flow stress is obtained.Its construction is simple, its accuracy is high, and it is suit for the use of on-line control of computer.
