Simulation and Analysis of Chatter Phenomenon on Cold Mill Rolling Wide Strip

摘要: 對某廠寬帶鋼冷軋機顫振現象的研究與仿真揭示了其顫振發生起因和規律,提出適當增大軋制潤滑的摩擦系數可以有效地抑制顫振發生的觀點.

Abstract: In this paper, the reason and regularity of the chatter phenomenon on a cold mill is revealed with the aid of simulation. A point that reasonably increasing friction coefficient can effectively eliminated the Chatter is given.
