Mathematical Model of Laminar Cooling of Hot Rolling Process

摘要: 本文以武鋼1700熱連軋廠層流冷卻現場實測數據為基礎,通過傳熱學的理論分析,確定了對流換熱系數是解決問題的關鍵,并對7種模型結構形式進行了比較,研制了精度較高的對流換熱系數數學模型,在此基礎上編寫了模擬武鋼1700連軋層流冷卻過程的程序,取得了較高的模擬精度.Abstract: Using on-Line data of 1700mm hot-rolling Plant of Wuhan Iron & Steel Corp. and theoritical analysis, it is obtained that heat transfer coeffient is the key to the subject. After comparisions of seven different models, the Precisest model of heat transfer coefficient is proposed. On the basis of this model, a general program which can stimulate the laminar cooling process of Wuhan Iron & Steel Corporation is compiled, and higher precision is achieved.
