Hydrogen Induced Austenitic Lattice Distortion of Stainless Steels

摘要: 對304L和316L奧氏體不銹鋼試樣在充氫后和充氫同時進行X射線衍射分析,觀察到在充氫過程中存在奧氏體晶格膨脹-收縮-膨脹的現象;在充氫后時效一段時間的情況下,存在奧氏體晶格收縮-膨脹-收縮的現象,并初步討論了可能的原因。Abstract: Distortion in the crystal lattice of 304L and 316L austenitic stainless steels resulted from charging hydrogen is researched by means of X-ray diffractometer.Austenitic lattice expansion-contraction-expansion caused by charging hydrogen is found and its possible mechanisms are discussed.
